Either I didn't need this type of detox or what. THis upset my stomach and had a day or too of #2 if you know what I mean. :)I liked that there wasnt really a taste, went down easy. I took it with food but either way it would be fine I assume. I will try it again if I am feeling sluggish and just out of sorts physically. Maybe for people who are told they have a fatty liver, this was not my case.
