I would like to have a bit more padding even if that affects the price a bit. All in all, I like this product and it is helping me with my continuing neck issues. The heat is a nice bonus and helps relax the neck muscles. I can recommend this item to those who have the patience to use it. It requires a bit of maneuvering to get it in a good position under the head.

I’ve used it for a few weeks now. I’m not sure if it’s helping the “neck hump”, but it definitely makes my neck feel better after a long day at the computer. I work from home and it has truly been a lifesaver. The heat gets a little too hot for me, even on the lowest setting, but that’s really my only complaint. The quality is good, especially for the price.

In the description on Amazon, it says it has little modules that act like a shiatsu neck massager. I thought something was supposed to move and massage my neck but it does not. Sending it back.

I purchased this with a hope that this will be easy to use and will help my neck pain. I hardly used it because you cannot easily use it on your bed. It requires hard surface you need to be near the power outlet. The shape and size are not very comfortable either and I am really not sure if I am going to use it again. This can be one of those products that will find a space in your storage...

I've always had neck issues but 2 months ago I face planted, broke my shoulder, and my jaw. Needless to say my neck suffered as well. I got this product to see if finally something would help and it has. It takes some getting use to and it may not feel like it is helping WHILE you are laying on it but as soon as you get up you can tell. The more I use it the better I feel and the more I am becoming accustomed to using it.
