Bought for my wife to help her with workouts at home. I enjoy the fact that you can adjust resistance by turning the knobs on the legs. Workouts with it are easy. The assembly was easy. Storage is a little difficult as it can't slide under our bed and we have to keep it in the closet. It's not heavy which is great.

A great workout for the price! The app shows you multiple workouts for arms, shoulders, triceps, core and legs. I feel it has great benefits and perfect resistances where you can choose the level that fits your needs. Easy to store in bedroom or other rooms in your house. Extremely easy to put together!

Just what we were looking for as a light exercise device. So far it working well and does give you a pretty good workout. We like the way it helps do sit ups and push ups. Great for old people like us.

After a lot of research and review digging, I purchased this Wonder Core machine to aide in my workout plan. I am disabled, but still take fitness very seriously - being 32 years old and hoping to have many more years to go. I suffer from disabilities in my neck, shoulder, ribs, lower back, and leg. I am able to use this machine daily, and due to its support, I have been able to achieve many more fitness goals than I imagined. It is designed to last, the stitching and mat are solid. It does not wobble, squeak, or slide around. The foam pieces are sturdy and do not move around during movement. Assembly was ridiculously easy, as is storage. You have the choice to add more or less tension, using the two knobs on the back side. It's nice to customize each arm, as one of my legs is much worse than the other. I can ease up on one half if I need to. The size is ideal for a broad range - I am 5'1, 118 lbs and have no problem. My husband is 6'0 and 220 and he has no problem either. He is able to use this machine daily as a big part of his own fitness journey. Since we both share the unit, switching tension settings is a breeze and takes only seconds to do. Included in the box is a manual guide for workouts. I love that there are multiple ways to use the Wonder Core - it's definitely not just for sit ups. You can get a whole body workout with just one piece of equipment. The only problem we haveboth had was doing push ups. There is no comfortable way to do them, we've each tried and it's super awkward. However, the other exercises were completely fine. I would absolutely recommend the Wonder Core to anyone looking for a multi-purpose unit to their home gym set up.
