When i first got this i was upset that everytime i put my phone in to charge it would shut off and the time would reset, since it doesnt come with a plug adapter i had to purchase and 12watt adapter(ipad), which was able to power the clock and charging function of the clock. After resolving the power issue this item work perfectly and charge my phone to full power in 2hours...it looks good and works well and is a great addition to my night stand.Update: August 9, 2018- still working well..no complaints so far...this product require an 11watt adapter to power clock and charger function..so if you use anything less than 11watts adapter the clock wont get enough power and will keep resetting...hopefull this helps anyone else who purchased this product and is intially confused by the resetting issue.

Love this clock! It fits perfect on my night stand and the wireless fast charge is an added bonus.I was skeptical on buying because a lot of reviews were saying it kept resetting and the alarm wouldn't work while a phone was charging. YOU WILL NEED A FAST CHARGING BLOCK! The unit comes with a cord, one end connected into the unit and the other is a USB end. While plugged into a regular charging block yes the clock will reset when you charge a phone in the slot. If you use a fast charging block you will be fine and the clock will work great! The only CON is the alarm sound isn't very loud, it's moderate. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.Overall I'm very happy with the item.

I was excited to get this alarm clock because of the sleek design and the wireless charging slot. I Set the alarm clock and placed my phone in the charging slot and it started charging. The problem is whenever I take the phone off the charging station the time randomly resets. Not sure if this one is just defected or what but I was very disappointed and I am returning.

Awesome alarm clock, but 2 star cause will not charge phone without messing up the clock.

I purchased this from a retail store, not Amazon. When I took it home and used it, it charged ok though you had to set the phone in just right. We set the clock and such, as anyone would. That night the phone would disconnect charging and reconnect every few minutes. Each time it does so, it makes a noise - this is unpleasant at midnight when you're trying to sleep. We disconnected it. Confirmed the problem the next day. We emailed them and they sent us a new one. On this new one, the clock kept resetting over and over. It would force power off several times throughout the day and reset the clock. They sent us a 2nd replacement. This 3rd clock had the same issue as the 2nd one. We told them we want our money back. They said they can't provide a refund but can only send us another unit, which we replied we did not want. I plan to take it back to the store and return it.Regardless of our wishes, they sent us a 4th clock. As you'd guess, this 4th one has the same problems as the first 2 combined - it randomly resets charging, the clock resets, and it force starts constantly. Today we also got in the mail one of their rapid battery charging packs - no idea why. Maybe it's a sort of apology? I'm sorry, but in my mind there is 0/100 chance this product will do anything but cause more frustration. Anyone want to take their chances on a battery pack? I'll sell it to you unopened for $5 :-).Now I need to send them another email telling them to stop spamming us with their garbage products.

Good idea in theory. Was looking for something to declutter our bed side tables. My wife upgraded to an iPhone 8 which has wireless charging.Purchased this at BJs on sale.Brought it home and setup was easy.Problem is the thing is so bright at night even on dim mode that we had to cover the blue chargin ring with painter”s tape and cover the clock with a cloth.Kind of defeating the purpose of having a bedside clock.

I got this as a gift. My Pixel3 XL. I was disappointed that my phone doesn't fit in the slot when I have the protective cover on the phone. The opening is 1/2" (7mm).I unplugged it from the USB plug for 60 seconds and it remember the time. Simulating moving from one room to another. That's nice.Other than that, it seems to work ok.I'll probably give it away to someone that doesn't have a protective case on their phone.

I put my phone in this charger at bed time. It stops charging my Android note 8 when it it is fully charged in the middle of the night. When I wake up in the morning the phone is 85% charged because I leave my phone turned on and it uses power during the night.
