Perfectly adequate for the job!
First, make absolutely certain this is the right product for your faucet.Second, decide whether it wouldn't just make more sense to replace your faucet. My faucet was only five years old and fit nicely with the kitchen remodel so it really wasn't a candidate for replacement. The sprayer started leaking, not the hose. But I ruined the hose replacing the failed sprayer. BTW, the o-ring in the middle of the attachment for the sprayer keeps water from running through to the base and dripping under the sink. I tried to unscrew the sprayer by holding the connector with pliers above and below the o-ring, rather forcefully it seems, because I bent the connector.I had to loosen the faucet from underneath the sink in order to thread the new hose in from the top. I also saved the lead weight from the old hose. The new one does not include the lead weight. Use Teflon tape (not included) on all threads. It should work well until the next luddite comes along with channel lock pliers!

Great replacement hose if yours is leaking
This is actual Kohler part. Was exact match to the leaking hose I needed to replace (20 years old, I'm guessing). It was not hard to do with my limited plumbing expertise, replaced in less than an hour. Good value. You can't get from Kohler direct anymore as they have discontinued. The parts map came off the Kohler website which is also very helpful if you need a part. Buy with confidence. I forgot to measure the hose for the review, but it was exact to the length I was replacing.

Higher quality than the cheapest ones and worth every bit...
I bought this to replace a Danco 10339 that replaced the hose that was there when we bought the house. The Danco hose was barely acceptable, did not last very long (couple of years) before fraying, and really restricted the flow of water in the sink. The Kohler hose is definitely prettier (metalized plastic vs fabric wrap) and way outflows the hose it replaced. Washing dishes by hand will never be a joy, but this hose delivers the water where it's needed. Very satisfied, even if it only lasts as long as the Danco, though it seems likely to last longer as it's plastic coated and seems like it will wear less while being used.

Defective Product, Waste of Time
Hose ruptured after 30 days of use. Defective product, do not buy. Leaking now, will have to replace faucet.

Mine also developed a leak but was fixable
Someone else posted a title about the ferrule coming disconnected from the vinyl hose, which runs inside the exterior metal hose. This just happened to us tonight after a couple months of use.It is not very easy to reattach the brass ferrule into the vinyl hose but was able to get it done and it is working again. Thanks for the review, it saved a lot of hassle. If your part develops a leak, ensure you look at this first before replacing.

WORKS BUT BUT A LITTLE EXPENSIVE
No problems with the hose just a little bit hard to install and what I think is too expensive. Just wanted to add one more thing, if you drink water from the faucet this hose is on the taste is terrible. I thought the bad taste would slowly go away but the water still taste bad. UPDATE:THE WATER STILL TASTE BAD,WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN. Just wanted to add one more thing, I use a ZERO water filter but even that will not remove the bad taste.

Perfect replacement for original hose
The hose was a direct replacement and somewhat easy to install. The only issue I had was the limited space in my faucet's installation so feeding it in took some work. That's an issue with the installer 19 years ago and not this product.
