These are awful.
LG sure lost on this one! I've owned the last 3 generations of LG Bluetooth headphones and this newest version is the worst! If you use them only to listen to music you'll be good, but forget about talking to friends on your phone. The volume goes in and out with complaints they can't hear you at all or you found muffled. I suggest you move on from these- they're awful.

Take a 2nd look
It’s working for me but given the choice I wouldn’t buy this again. The earpieces don’t retract as they should. I have to tease them back in every time. The overall construction feels flimsy and very “plastic”. The sound isn’t bad, but because of these issues I only use it when I’m not moving around a lot. Not the quality I expected from LG.
