Got it to PLAY !!! FINALLY !!!
Hi, So I ordered this season 4 knowing it's not your USA region DVD 1, thought that's OK, I've got a portable DVD player, region free. DID NOT PLAY ! Said WRONG REGION !! OK, so then tried my Toshiba laptop, got the same response from the Toshiba DVD player. But I am running WIN Vista on this laptop & also have a Power DVD software program installed. When I re-inserted Cougar Town 4 , & running Power DVD, it said it needed to change to region 2, said ' OK ' , switched & then played OK !!! I think this fix will only work if you have an older laptop /desktop running WIN Vista / XP , & have a Power DVD CD disc. The Power DVD copy I have will not work with WIN 7 , 8 , 10 etc. Only the old versions of WIN that came with the vidieo cards back in the early 2000's, & they had a free Power DVD disc included. Don't know if Power DVD is still around or not. Hope this helps some of you out there. I have watched a few episodes of Season 4, GREAT !!!

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A MULTI REGION DVD PLAYER IF YOU ORDER THIS DVD
This will not play on a regular DVD or blue rayplayer, nor did it play on my xbox 360. I even made sure to order the one that spelled season in English.I had to order a multi region dvd player so i could play this dvd... cost me an extra $35.

Doesn't play in US DVD players!
What a waste of money!! I bought seasons 1-3 on Amazon and they all worked great, but for some reason season 4 is not compatible with US DVD players.( I missed the fine print where it says that it's not compatible.) If any of you find season 4, 5 or 6 that will play on US DVD players, please let me know where you found it!

DO NOT BUY IF LIVE IN THE USA!
DO NOT BUY IF IN THE US!!! I bought this not knowing what the different regions mean. Does not play in my DVD player and I am not able to adjust my regions in settings. Waste of money.

Release Seasons 5&6 already!
Fantastic comedy, all characters are brilliant in their own way, love them all. What I wouldn’t do for friendships like that too. Hilarious and carefree comedy. But extremely disappointed that they still haven’t put seasons 5 and 6 on DVD! Why?! Who releases half a series?! Get on it people, come on!

Brilliant. I love this programme. Unfortunately although there are 6 series only 1-4 is available on DVD which us very disappointing.

get abit of big lou in your life
I was so disappointed that Uk tv didnt take up the rights for this series! Everyone needs a cul-de-sac crew and a big Lou (rip big carl). Came on the date released, i was gutted as i realised that it was dubbed in German and Swedish '. However when i played it it was in the correct script and language!! Plays fine on both my dvd players, great price, great series...need series 5 now '
