Do these fit side by side with say a 2x3 keystone wall plate, or one of those stick-on-wall boxes? I've read that some are a bit too wide.

What is the data throughput on these keystones? item description claims 'speeds up to 1gbp/s'. choke point?

Does this come with the tool to push the wires into the slots? If not, what do you suggest that will work?

Can i connect to a cat7 cable (assuming i need only cat6 speed)
