The kid likes it.

Bought this as a replacement for my son's Asus tablet that died shortly after Christmas. Kind of not expecting this one to last long either but this one has more features and is quite a bit more expensive than the previous but Amazon was out of stock on that one so I paid for the upgrade. The kid says he's happy so that's all that matters because the Asus tablets I bought two of his sisters like his intial tablet have alot bitten the dust... Oh well.

Barely Fits / Weak Magnetic Closure

Does not quite fit all four corners - one corner always seems to slightly extend from case. This causes the magnetic closure to be weak or completely non-functional. Also the power and volume buttons are hard to reach within the case. I bought this for my son and he does not seem to care (perhaps because his fingers are smaller than mine), but it would bug me.

Perfect combination of hard and soft shell with the hard ...

Fits the wife's MEMO perfectly and provides that just right amount of protection. Not your typical "one size fits all" cover, as it was made specifically for this model. Perfect combination of hard and soft shell with the hard shell as the back and the flip cover which can be folded over into the stand. I don't see her tablet becoming damaged at all with this. The material is a nicely colored and is easy on the touch. Highly recommend.

Cheap and broke easy

Didn't hold my Memopad 7 ME170CX-A1-BK very well. Tablet woul ride up and make the buttons on the side hard to push. Folding cover didn't lat flat. My kid dropped ONE time and the hard platic corner broke off, making it unuseable. I would not recommend this product.

One star to be charitable

Originally we thought it was a very good deal. However the plastic started crumbling/breaking after around 2 months. Very disappointing. It continues crumbling more and more. The same thing happened with a second black one that we have bought.
