All outputs absolutely isolated... no shared connections at all!
I took this unit apart to evaluate the claims of "isolation". Most other inexpensive supplies of this type have little to no isolation! They typically have a common ground system. The Ammoon supply has 8 outputs that are completely isolated (no shared power or ground connections between outputs)! It appears that each output uses its own 3-terminal Analog Regulator and there are no common connections between outputs. These regulators can handle 1 Amp of current or more so they are underrated for lower temperature and longevity. For the price, these power supplies are hard to beat. I am currently installing two of these units into my latest pedalboard and this one beat out at least 3 or 4 different inexpensive supplies from other manufacturer's in terms of quality and isolation.Update: Upon closer inspection I discovered that the 6 DC outputs closest to the 12Vdc input each have their own 3-Terminal analog regulator. The two outputs at the far end of the box have independent switching power regulators. Since the Analog regulators are quieter but generate more heat, I would suggest running your highest current devices on the 2 switching regulator outputs to keep the overall temperature down. This supply doesn't get blazing hot but it does run quite warm to the touch when fully loaded.

FANTASTIC product, but with a few flaws
the product is what it says it is - true quiet power for your pedalboard. it's tiny, clean design and silent. The only thing that makes my review 3 stars is this device could be PERFECT, if it was designed to provide a little more juice. Although it says 500mah on every port, the power adapter it ships with doesn't have enough juice to supply that much power to each port. if you're looking at this, you are probably trying to power some strymons and an hx stomp.I decided to hack the unit, and here are my findings:1. it is not designed to support the MAH advertised on the ports. purchasing a higher output 9v adapter (5A w/ polarity reversing adapter) causes the unit to get hot and begin cutting off and on after an hour of usage.2. I removed a side of the unit to promote airflow and superglued pennies all over the exterior as heat sinkage. This has solved the overheating issue, but it's not pretty, and avoidable with some design considerations.Ammoon - don't nerf the unit - make the dream come true with these small modifications:- Source and ship it with a 9v 5A adapter (deal with polarity in the unit so nobody has to invert polarity).- Implement venting to allow better airflow into the unit- If venting alone doesn't keep the unit cool enough, add some heat sinks on the circuit board inside.

Pleasantly surprised
I was looking around for an inexpensive isolated power supply and found a couple that claimed to be isolated. Eventually I settled on this one because each output is rated 500mA and I have a few high current pedals on my board. This had no additional noise (compared to my daisy chain power supply that hissed and hummed). Checked the outputs with a multimeter and it turns out that they are indeed isolated. I've had it for about three weeks now with heavy use and no issues yet. Will update my review if any issues turn up in future.I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable power brick to put on their board.

TRUE ISOLATED POWER SUPPLY! So good!
I looked deep into getting an iso brick for my pedalboard, almost deciding in buying the cheaper donner power supply, which is not isolated. While reading forums I stumbled upon the ammoon power supply, and immediately read amazon reviews, which in fact state that it was truly isolated. I couldn't be any happier with it. It runs cool, it is small (fits under the pedalboard) and most importantly, IT IS QUIET. My house wiring tends to be noisy on speakers, etc. But with the ammoon it's dead quiet.I would've like at least one output to be greater than 9v, maybe 12v, o even better 18v, but for the size and price of it, I was sold.

Awesome value. In order to get stereo delay/reverb
Awesome value. In order to get stereo delay/reverb, I run a Fender Twin's power section off of my Mesa's pre by splitting the Mesa's loop with a stereo delay, and going right into the Fender's power section. Because I'm bypassing the Fender's pre, I have little control over that amp's volume and tone. I always figured an EQ pedal with a volume control would be a perfect utility fix but I didn't want to spend tons of money on a pedal for such a boring use. For 32 bucks this thing is perfect. I can't really tell that it adds any appreciable noise to the signal and does just what I wanted it to. One day I got bored and decided to try using it before the amp as a clean boost and pumping up the mids to slam my Mesa Mark V's pre, tube screamer style. If you punch up the mids, roll off some bass/treble, and dime the pedal's total volume control, you get an awesome, balls to the wall, fat lead tone that makes shredding a great time. I'm so happy with this thing I'm having my wife get me another one as a stocking stuffer so I can keep one for the boost, and one for the 2nd amp loop end. I'm so please, I'm going to browse ammoon's brand right now to see if they have anything else I'd like to try.

Impressive inexpensive power supply.
Like most people here I was curious if an inexpensive power supply could really do the job. I’m happy to say for me it is working superbly. I was using three different power supplies. Two 300ma and a2A one spot. This worked fine and was reasonably quiet. However three wall warts take up a lot of real estate! So my search for a compact power supply began. Now I have eleven effects pedals on my board and I’m sure like most people I will never power them all at the same time. I used three Y splitters to my pedals with the lowest current draw. This works very well. Now for the reason you use a power supply....the quiet! Unless I turn on everything at the same time it is silent! And, I’ll never run all four overdrive/distortion pedals at the same time. Plus, I would find it hard to believe with any power supply would be silent doing so because overdrives get buzzy! Typically I run the Tube Monster, reverb, delay and compression and add one of the other overdrives for boost and it works very well.

good bang for the buck
plays great. Easy to use. clever use of a mini pedal format which saves pedal board real estate. I really like this eq
