This product came with everything I need to rebuild the piston and cylinder. The engine immediately started after the repair and has done well through heavy abuse since the repair. Great buy for a husqvarna 55 chainsaw.

Can't speak of longevity yet but our local repair guy uses these kits. Cheaper than original parts. Check parts before starting repair. Might look for other wrist pin clips too. The ones you get can be a pain to insert. The original ones are way easier for me to use.

I did not know if this kit would work, and for the money it was worth a try. My saw sat for 6 years and one day I saw this kit. Bought it and watched a couple of Youtube videos. It was an easy installation and when I went to start it the first time it fired up. It has been working just like it did when I bought the saw new 20 years ago. A great product, I wish I had found this kit sooner.
