Another excellent PowerBear battery for a great phone
Once again PowerBear delivers the perfect expanded battery to an amazing phone. I had a PowerBear expanded battery for my old LG G3 which performed perfectly for over a year until the G3 died very suddenly. As soon as I got my V20 and drained the stock battery before the end of a day, I knew what I needed to get. What I like most about this battery is how it's the perfect balance between capacity and size. Yes, it makes your phone fatter - there's no way around that, because battery cells are a certain density and this battery (big surprise) has more of them than the stock battery. However, I actually prefer my phone's thickness with this battery vs. the stock battery for several reasons:1. The camera bezel is elevated a few mm off the table when the phone is sitting flat2. It makes the phone easier to pick up off the table3. I don't feel like I'm going to break my phone in half when I'm handling it, and it feels better in my hand4. The included rubbery case that goes around the expanded back battery cover makes the phone far less slippery than the stock caseDon't get me wrong the V20 is a gorgeous device, but in the few days after buying mine and buying this battery I almost dropped it multiple times because it's so slippery.Battery performance is stellar. I send many texts/make calls/use WiFi/4G in places where the signal is poor and the radio has to work extra hard, often times outside in bright sunlight, and this battery carries me through a day no problem. Of course it's possible to drain it in a day if you fire up a movie or a game with the screen at full brightness, but nobody does that in a real-world scenario without a charger so it's mostly a moot point.Bottom line, if you're having trouble making it through a day with your stock V20 battery - this is the battery for you.

I see the difference
9/23/2018 - Just received the battery and charged to 100%. So far I immediately notice the difference and I am satisfied with the battery performance. The description of the case is what everyone else mentioned in their reviews. You can charge the phone but have to push the cord in hard ( I probably wont do that). Since I don't plan to charge as often, I do not mind taking back the silicon case to charge it. The look and feel is as the picture described. The phone weighs a little more, but it's worth it due to the increased battery time.I'm giving it 4 starts until I complete the first few calibration steps.9/24/2018 - I notice that the battery shakes some and is not flush like the original one. Doesn't affect the performance at the moment.10/11/2018 - At first I was getting 37 hrs of battery life on saver mode now I'm down to 20+ hrs.10/25/2018 - Battery won't charge past 75% and drains in less than an hour. Went back to my old battery. Reducing stars to 1.10/25/2018 - Battery charging past 75% again. Stars to 3.

Amazing.
Amazing. This battery usually lasts me about a day and 2/3 of heavy usage (lots of YouTube, Reddit, Spotify, and various games). It charges to 100% every night. My only regret is not getting it sooner. The manufacturer says that this case doesn't support NFC, and though that is true, the inside of the case has the exact same antenna grooves as the factory case, so I peeled it off the factory case and stuck it on the PowerBear case. It took me about 5 minutes, and the NFC works just like before. As I type this, It's 7:00 pm and I have 76% left after a day of moderate usage. Thank you PowerBear!

7.5 Hours on screen time
7 hours 40 minutes on screen time at 100% brightness with 5% battery remaining. (After very 1st full charge out of box)Settings : WIFI onlyusage on battery (from 100% to 5%) 32 h 47 minMost of my time was spent watching youtube videos (some 2k) , some light gaming and photo editing apps.47% of the total drainage went to the screen. The secondary screen was also turned off , when the main screen is turned off. On the LG V20 there is an option to have the secondary display on at all times , I turned this feature off so that the secondary display is on only when the main screen is on.The exterior case is loose fitting on the sides of the phone , and to get the charging cable to work you have to mash it in a little . The exterior case could be better , it could be a little thicker and it could raise above the screen display to offer better face down protection . As it stands I don't feel confident laying the phone down on it's screen due to the very minimal edge it the case provides. The exterior case does offer good grip on the phone though. (side note: why can't any extended battery seller offer a decent case these days ?)The hard thin plastic inner case replaces your current back cover is actually quite nice , it has a nice texture to it and increases the grip of the phone and it has a button and snaps in place just like the stock aluminum phone's battery cover.Overall I'm happy with the battery and inner case , I think power users will get a good solid day out of this running the screen at 100%.

Just don't buy it.
My Verizon LGv20 wouldn't stay on with this battery installed, it kept displaying an "invalid battery" message and forcing the phone to turn off. After sending a message to PowerBear the solution was "just return it", it would have been great if I "just didn't buy it".
