A (New) Reconditioned laptop.
Returning customer to these guys. Excellent laptop, you wouldn't know it's a refurbished/reconditioned laptop to look at it, other than it has been set up as a generic user. Once you sign in with your windows account, it removes the generic user & it is as NEW pretty much.Would definitely purchase from these people again. Arrived early too which is always a plus.1 X happy Daughter following hers being damaged beyond economical repair.

Had a software problem, full refund given.
Delivery of this laptop was very fast however there was a very annoying software problem. When trying to scroll up or down a page the scroll would automatically scroll to the top of the page. This problem was beyond my technical expertise and so I returned the laptop. After five days I received a full refund.

Overall good laptop
I expected slightly more performance from a Ryzen 5 but I did opt for the cheaper hard drive. Perhaps I will replace it with an SSD some day. I would love to get rid of the antivirus to speed it up but my other half also uses it :|

Not checked. No hard disc in it! Christmas spoilt
I bought this for my son for his main Christmas present.He opened it on Christmas morning to discover it didn’t have a hard disc in it and was therefore totally useless.One of the reasons I bought it was because the listing stated it would be professionally checked before dispatch. I don’t see how that could have possibly been the case.Needless to say it ruined his Christmas.

Disappointing
According to the benchmarks this should outperform my old Intel i5 laptop by a mile , in reality it doesnt and if you want to play older games you will probably find this graphics card doesnt fully support them. Very disappointed , i should have stuck with Intel

Run Windows update
Great Pc good supplier, who were very approachable when I had a small question for them. May need some updates but brilliant when in use.Office is a bonus.

Good except HP bloat ware
Works perfectly, runs rocket league at decent settings though not a fan of HP bloat ware.

Had to get it upgraded in order for it to work for gaming (ie fortnite) as it didn't run as well as expected so not sure that it was such a good purchase.
