I have been on these for four weeks and only managed to loose 4 lbs. You have to cut out your carbs and increase your fat and protein consumption. With most diet changes I have done in the past I have lost a lot more weight in the same time I have been on these. As a Keto diet really is a renaming of the Atkins diet, one of the main side affects is the bad breath you get being on a high protein diet. I purchased mine directly from the supplier, a definite NO NO!! As they set up a repeating payment system which is complete hell to get out of. The customer service is terrible an they don’t seem to understand you. I had to email in the end which took about five days for them to reply. I asked for help and advise, ha what a joke.When you receive your supplements it tells you on the pot to take two daily. So I did two in the morning when I got up. When I asked for advise after two weeks of this regime, I told them I had only lost a few pounds. They told me the best option was to keep on them and give them a bit longer to work. After another week with another pound off, I messaged them again to state I wanted my money back as they don’t work. They gave me a small rebate on my purchase and closed my account, then informed me that I should have been taking one in the morning and then one at night half an hour before food. Why was this not stated on the pot in the first place. I did this with the last six capsules I had, and it made sense as they suppress you appetite and you are less prone to snacking.I then noticed that they could be purchased through the Amazon site. They are the same price but you don’t have all the hassle of them taking money from you every month. It is worth checking out the other products as I have found practically the same item for a lot less money, you just have to take three a day instead. These seen to be working. But these magic pills are not magic, the only reason they seem to be working is after a lot of research all they do is suppress your appetite, the weight lost is still down to you. Balance your diet, and exercise is the only true way to get rid off that extra fat. If you want to use these as support just be aware there are cheaper options.

Please be warned this product is a SCAM!!!. I ORDERED £33.50 WORTH OF PRODUCT AND THEY TOOK A WHOOPING £150 from my credit card plus they set up a monthly subscription without my knowledge. Once you've purchased this dubious product there is no way you can trace whose taken the payment. They used Good Morning celeb Susanna Reid and a few days later Ruth Langsfield from This Morning, more recently Lorraine Kelly, stating in all cases that "they were leaving their respective programmes as they were launching their new Ketofit also called Purefit which they had been working on for 2yrs."It's very authentic, with fake endorsements from a host of high profile celebs. It has a random 850 mgs of ??? as it's not beside the supposed ketones, plus no dosages by other ingredients. This is a definite breach of RDA regulations. So goodness knows what's in it.I have reported this product to Action Fraud and after a dispute with my credit card company, they have refunded the £150 as I've been with them 40+ yrs.This has caused considerable stress trying to get payments stopped so be WARNED!

I tried it for 6 weeks and it is ruppish and I cut carbohydrate completely and thrive on a small amount of fat and high protein diet and di not lost much at all. Even I do 3 miles walking every day and regular exercise am. It is not good or do what claims to do and expensive

An apparent scam. Don’t get taken in.

I have followed a Keto diet before and lost a reasonable amount of weight. I know how to follow such a diet and can therefore confirm that these capsules made no difference whatsoever. It is the diet which helps you lose the weight, not this product. Don't waste your money.

Don’t touch with a barge pole. I have had 2 packs - best part of £100 - and not a pound shed, but it has caused my skin to break out in a horrible way and I’m having trouble getting it to stop now that it’s been initiated. I’ve spent a lot of money on making myself feel far worse!!

Waste of money. No effect. They took nearly £200 from my a/c and now I can’t find a way to get in contact to request a refund.
