Having problems with the being heard and sometimes hearing

Experienced terrible reverb on all channels with my Plantronics S12 set. I tried everything. Amazon customer service was great, returning immediately.

Mouthpiece mic is poor and barely audible to the caller. I bought 5 of these and they are all alike. The ear piece works fine, but the microphone on the mouthpiece is poor quality.

It truly is helpful, when trying to talk and type; as well as you can continue doing other things at the same time, and not have to worry about bending you neck to hold the regular head set that comes with the phones.
