This is easy to put on and fits my neck cause it ties though it's not like those stretchy tie that goes all around its just loose pieces on the end to tie. It doesn't bother my neck either, it's not that iritating scratchy fabric, it's kind of the same fabric as that but way better. And it looks nice

This was a perfect accessory for the things I wear, got a lot of compliments when I wore it the other day. Its we'll made but when you first get it out of the little plastic it came in, it's very wrinkled and scrunched up. Other than that, would recommend to anyone who wants to buy it!!

Really nice and light, looks great

It's simple and nice to wear - making people laugh when they see you. It's very light so kids would like it but it's not as thick and heavy was the original design to keep you warm and clean in the environment about 400 years ago. LOL, it's nice today.

Other reviews mentioned that it comes flat and that is true, but following the merchant’s suggestion, it is fluffed up like the image. Soak in cold water for 1 hour and blow dry it with a hairdryer (hot). With this material it doesn’t take long to dry.The satin ribbon did come frayed so I had to tie the ends to prevent it from unraveling. Still worth the cost.

The media could not be loaded. This was delivered in an incredibly tiny package and was totally flattened. They claim that you can steam and fluff it up but even if I did that, it's still going to be very small.The fabric is also more sheer and flimsy than the photos show.

They were cute and served its purpose but after a few wears, they fell apart. I’d say if you need these for a costume, they’ll work out but if you were to wear them too often (like multiple costume parties or re-using for cosplay) they won’t have a long lifespan. The quality isn’t the best but they did their job.

Bought these for my Harley Quinn cosplay and they were a great finishing touch. However I have big wrists, so the ruffles didn’t reach all the way around. I sewed them onto a pair of gloves to stretch them around.
