Good hog hunting light
We had one of these that finally quit after being in use for several years. This was a replacement for that one, and it's working great. I like the setting where it's on some, but gets brighter when it senses movement. That way you can see stuff if in area, but light brightens up to shoot when hog is near.

Would Recommend this product to purchase.
Works as described. Very easy to install and to change light timer and display. Bought two earlier this spring to watch the animals in our back yard feeder. Liked the product so I just purchased two more this fall to add to all four sides of the feeder.

Awesome
For a budget, this green light is great. Looking with scope down range, you can clearly see your game. The antispook (starts dim then brightens up) is great to not spook deer away. Pigs can't see it. I have 3 now. Be sure to face the solar panel south.

Have 2 and they work great
Got one of these on each feeder. Work great as long as they get enough sun all day.One of the feeders is in a bit of a afternoon shade due to trees, so in the winter during deer season, that one is a bit weaker with the light.Motion works well and even at 50% they give off enough light that I can use my 50mm binos at 75yds to see what is under there. Then I can get the night scoped rig out.Must for getting the hogs and corn bandits at night.

Good for bow. Not so much for rifle.
I really wanted to like this product but it really only works well for bow or close proximity shots. The light is definitively not bright enough for shots past 50 yards. The sensor on it picks up animals about 4 feet around it which is not a whole lot, they almost have to be directly underneath it. It is well built and holds a charge well but I would really only consider it for things within bow range. Additionally, hogs and smaller animals don’t seem to mind it but deer definitely notice it, even with the slow brightness setting on, and seem to avoid it. Hope this helps anyone make a decision.

Perfect for night
This is our second one of these and it’s amazing. So much fun to use after dark. You do have to adjust settings for how close an animal needs to be for the light to come on

Absolutely rugged
This light and the enclosed battery are rugged. Raccoons and hogs may find a way to dislodge it but even after being walked in to the mud it still works. My only suggestion would be a more adaptable anchor that is adjustable. I have adapted an articulating T-post anchor that lets me set the best angle to the sun for charging as well as focusing the light just where you need it. My Kill Light has been permanently installed for months on end and never failed.
