Very good product
Really good and reliable wood dust for the ProQ cold smoker. Burns very slowly and provides a fantastic finished flavour. Have used on/with Ham, Bacon, Boiled Eggs, Sausages, Chicken, Salmon, cream and many other ingredients. The other woods are also worth buying.
