Love it! My Omnipod PDM fits perfectly in it. All I have to do is clip it on my pants and off I go to Volunteer or to the gym. I would definitely buy it again, if I should need to.

I recently purchased this item to replace my prior PDM holder case. My prior case held the PDM (with skin), alcohol pads,a lancet device, extra lancets, batteries, and even extra pen needles if needed, all in a secure fashion. I also carried a glucose reader in the front pocket. This replacement carries the PDM securely but not much else. If I use this item I don't see carrying much more than the PDM, lancet device and test strips. I'm more disappointed in the fact that there wasn't anything else mentioned as an Omnipod PDM case besides it. Both Omnipod and other sites advertising it as suitable should be ashamed.

I’m sorry, I am active and I needed this to hold my OmniPod PDM and I have been through three (3). The plastic clip on the last one broke the second I sat down on the train for work. This did not work for me. Even rotating it horizontally didn’t keep it from breaking. The PDM is how I bolus and I had to buy another with a metal clip. This replacement has been working much better.

Case is perfect for the OmniPod, 360 degree rotation is a plus!

I used this case for my Omnipod PDM. I have had three of these break the belt clip allowing the PDM to drop unnoticed. Fortunately, I found the Omnipod undamaged each time the cases have broken. Enough is enough. After another failed belt clip today, I have switched to another manufacturer's pouch.
