Purchased this product to supplement joint issues from aging and trauma. This product was recommended by a European doctor and friend whose opinion I trust. I teach martial arts so I've vetted a number of joint supplements over the years. I like the "juice pack" delivery and the taste is better than most supplements. I suspect that it may take time to fully evaluate effect/results but I'm pleased so far.

I haven't taken it long enuf to know if it's going to help but I will say it's the worst tasting stuff I have ever tried. I don't mind the taste of the Soul at all but I can hardly choke down the Bend.
