Logitech Access Trio (Cordless Access Keyboard, Cordless MouseMan Optical Mouse, QuickCam Messenger Camera)

The title says it all. I wanted a combination wireless keyboard and mouse and a USB webcam. What I received was a package deal from Logitech that has been on the shelf since 2003! Yes, this is an EIGHT YEAR OLD piece of tech. It was manufactured for resale on February 10, 2003. And it was made by the Devil. The Keyboard is too big - it's clunky, made of cheap plastic, and the keys sound like you are hammering away at your little sister's tea party set with a socket wrench every time you try to write an e-mail. It's just crappy. The Mouse is HUGE. It literally engulfs your hand when you use it. And if that's not enough, or if you like big, clunky mice, then here is the real reason why I hate this one. It doesn't work! It will give you about 10 minutes of functionality, but as soon as you let it rest for a few minutes, it takes forever for it to 'wake up' and start working again. Half the time it won't! I had to re-start my computer a few times just to get it working again. Junk! The USB Web Cam? It won't even work with Windows 7. I tried every patch out there. It was designed for Windows XP (and that's TWO operating systems ago...). The drivers that I downloaded from Logitech did not work. It all just made my computer slower - and I have a pretty new machine that is fast and has plenty of storage space and good virus protection. In other words, these problems are not related to my machine. I know quite a bit about computers. I tried everything that I could to get this thing to work. No luck. Worthless.So, in closing, I hope that you read this and realize that this 'set' is a crappy, worthless, piece of junk. It really isn't even worth the 5 minutes that I took to write this, but I love my fellow human beings and don't want you to share the same lousy experience that I did.Finally, I'm a deployed Soldier in the Middle East. The only reason why I don't just ship this back to the place that I purchased it is because it is just too much trouble to have to go through all of that for this. It already gave me way too much aggrivation.

I have only one complaint with this product. The letters on the keyboard ware off TOO quickly. Everything still functions properly and battery life of the wireless mouse is very good.

The cheap cardboard packaging had me a little concerned when it arrived, but it was more than adequate to have it arrive in perfect shape and working order. Plus, the product went WAY beyond my expectations (does everything I wanted and much more), especially for the price!

Big bulky, Not truly wireless and Poor quality.

I have had this set for a few years and I have had no problems. It's a great deal for getting all 3 products. The products are simple and easy to use.

I got the logitech Access Trio second hand from a friend still new in the box.I liked it when i got it then and i like it now.I use it for work and to play cod4. But i found it to be a little to responsive and had to turn my sensitivity down other then that its a great buy for the price.
