Shark Robot Cleaning System S87 (Wi-Fi) with Hand Vacuum in All-in-One Charging Dock and Voice Control with Alexa or Google Assistant (RV851WV), Ash Gray

This is my third robot vacuum. Opted for the shark because I figure they at least know how to build a decent vacuum. And my previous experiences were not that great, so I was looking to just get something basically functional. I was pretty surprised, because this little thing works really well. It's very thorough, and for once I actually have one of these things actually find it's way to the charging base! Miracle of Miracles it always finds it way home, no remote kinda stinks but the app for this works well, and no issues with it's function.The hand vacuum with this thing is really amazing. It is shockingly powerful, easy to empty, and I use it easily enough to clean the filters etc. on the robot vacuum itself, which is a nice way to clean it up easily. Overall, that thing is worth the price by itself.Only Critique I can really offer is a mixed one. The robot itself is really aggressive in trying to climb and plow through things, which tends to get it stuck a fair bit. It shuts down when it sense problems fairly often, with the slightest slowing of the side brushes causing it to stop immediately, which can be annoying, but they are easy to pop off and clear out hair or whatever is slowing them down, and the hand vac works great for that too. It's a mixed blessing, because though it stops to tell me it has problems often, it's also doing that before the problems become a major project to fix as well. So overall it's pretty good. So far, it's the best of it's kind I have seen, it cleans shockingly well, and is by far the quietest vacuum of it's kind I have ever seen. Parts are easy to clean, and again the hand vacuum is beyond impressive. A strong recommendation by me for anyone looking for one of these types of appliances. Just waiting to see how durable it is, as the last two have had issues in that department.

I don't have a bad thing to say about the vacuum, this machine truly has exceeded my expectations. I purchased this based on feedback from a good friend, and I can say I am very happy with it so far.I have 5 inside dogs, before I purchased the Shark Ion, I would run my regular vacuum about 3 times a week, now with the easy programing that is available with the Shark, I run it every morning at 7:00am. It is amazing how much it picks up, and I like that fact that it will go under the sofa, living room chairs and the beds....my life is so much easier now with the Shark.The other item that I really like is the hand-held vacuum wand that was included with the Shark. For a "small" hand-held vacuum, this wand works great, it has lots of power. I use it on the sofa and chairs to remove dog hair, very easy to just pop the button to empty. If there is one thing "negative" I could say, it would be the the phone app, it does tend to lock-up at times, but no big deal it does not have any impact on how the Shark performs, plus I've paired this with my Google Home Hub, so if I want to have the Shark run outs-side of the daily schedule I have, I just tell Google to run "Katie" (Katie is what I named my Shark - Katie the Cleaning Lady).I purchased this right after Christmas, it was half-off the original price, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a great Robot Vacuum - like I stated earlier, this item has truly exceed my expectations so far!!!

Overall I like this vacuum and would recommend. We recently got wood floors and I was having a hard time keeping them clean, so we wanted a robot vac. This one works pretty well for the price point, as others have probably said he (we named ours Bert) doesn't go in straight lines and sometimes stays in one room for a very long time and sometimes misses others, so it really doesn't "learn" your house - but I personally didn't expect that it would. It will however run forever - has a very long run time - so it really does pick up a lot, but I find mine fills up mid-cycle. We have two dogs who shed and my husband is a woodworker so we have more dirt around than most probably, but I literally empty the bin 2-3 times per run (and I run it probably every other day). It will run for so long that I usually end up sending it back to the dock manually versus letting it run out, but that could also be due to me interrupting the cycle to empty the bin. The app is useful, though I don't usually run it when I am not home because it can randomly get stuck on things (more the fault of my house probably than anything else). Solid positives: I really like how it senses the stairs and will not fall down them - I didn't realize that feature at first. I like how easy the brush pieces are to remove as well to clean and pull stuck hair out, I feel like I've had the "stuck wrapping of hair around the brush" issue with every vacuum Ive ever owned and this one seems the easiest to remove - no digging around with a scissors! The stick attachment is really helpful too, has strong suction great to grab to quickly hair and whatnot that you notice on the floor, and the sofa attachment works really nice. I gave 4 stars versus 5 due to it's not perfect, the missing of spots and the somewhat-frequent error messages that stops the machine to troubleshoot - at least the app tells you what the error is to address, that's helpful.

After 9 months, the machine works well (when it works). It picks up a bin full of cat hair almost every time it runs.The problem is that it seems to like to clean the living room for 50 minutes, then the living room for only 10. Every time. I can't tell why. It also gets stuck on open carpet with nothing around it. It just gives me an error message, even though nothing is stuck in the rollers, nothing is blocking it, and it's on a flat floor. Since I have it running while I'm at work, I hit the button on the app to clean. It works for ten seconds, then stops again. It will do this maybe once a week, and it's really annoying. I would not buy this unit again.

No funciona el WiFi en otro país que no sea en Usa o Canadá para mi no es funcional así, por el precio no creo que lo valga si no te ofrecen la tecnología.
