Overall, a good buy.
After reading the other reviews, I was hesitant to order this trampoline. However, since the price was excellent, and this size trampoline is ideal for my kids, I took a leap and purchased it crossing my fingers that all the pieces would be there and in good shape. The shipping from Amazon was excellent, we got it very quickly. However, when I started putting it together, I discovered that one of the curved bars for the rim of the trampoline didn't have the bolt holes cut in one side. I almost cried, since the reviews here are quite scathing as far as the customer service goes. After multiple tries at trying to get someone on the phone, and leaving several messages, I gave up and went online. (I never did get a call back to any of those messages.) I went to the company website and sent a request to get a replacement for the defective part, and got a message saying I would hear from them in 24 hours. Three days later, I got an email requesting my shipping info, and a proof of purchase. I responded within the hour, and didn't hear back again from them for another 4 days when I sent an email requesting confirmation of the receipt of my email. I got a very brief message back saying the part had shipped two days before. (Would have been nice to have been told that back then!) I got the part a few hours later, and was able to set up the trampoline finally. While it would have been quite nice to have gotten a trampoline without a faulty piece, and actually get in contact with a real person instead of waiting days for an email response, the experience wasn't as horrible as I had feared. The trampoline, thus far, is great. The springs are much bouncier than the trampoline with elastic bands we'd had before. I was able to set it up myself, aside from the pink cover around the edge I had to get the kids to help me with. The one complaint I have is that when my kids hold onto the jump bar and jump hard (as little ones are prone to do) the far side of the trampoline comes off the ground. It almost dumped my son at one point. I have since removed the bar for safety reasons, and the kids still enjoy it. We are very glad to have it up and going for the beginning of cold weather, so my quartet of little ones can get their energy out when it's too cold to go outside.*****EDIT*****We've had this trampoline about 2 months, now, and the pink vinyl skirt around the edge of the trampoline is almost more duct tape than vinyl. The skirt splits at the stitching and comes apart with just regular (although frequent and vigourous) jumping. Be aware of this, and have hefty tape available to mend it.

Had for 8 months and still going strong!
We bought this trampoline 8 months ago for a Christmas present. I have multiple kids ages 3-10, weights 35-80 Lbs. All are super active, and 2 are sensory seeking. We needed something to supplement the jumping needs in colder months. We have a 15foot tramp outside. This is our second indoor tramp that we have owned. The first was an adult tramp that was meant for "excersize," On the pure fun tramp, the surface area is larger, the handle bar is larger and sturdier. The pure fun tramp is used every day, multiple times and we have had no issues with it. My husband was able to put it together by himself. It is lightweight and I am able to move it easily to vacuum and hide it when guests come over. We love it an would purchase again. My 2 cons are, the pink band that hides the springs started ripping immediately. We still keep the band on to protect from the springs. That being said, the springs are not directly exposed like other tramps. They are under the mesh of the trampoline (I included a pic.) I like this, its makes it less likely toes will get pinched. Also, this tramp WILL TIP, if you are swinging on the handle bar. So far if my toddler swings on it, it has not tipped all the way over, just a few inches off the ground. Im sure with a heavier child, it would tip. Those 2 cons are not enough reason to not recommend. Our tramp is used heavily and has held up really well. Love this tramp and would recommend for kids, I feel it much safer than the adult versions.

Tip for solo assemblers: Use your feet!
I put this together on my own and found that the biggest asset was a socket wrench and my feet.I can't imagine putting it together with the little wrench they give. 1/2 a turn reset the wrench, 1/2 a turn.... repeat 20 times. Yikes. After the first bolt I ran searching for my socket set and it was time well spent. The the springs can be very hard to place. For the really tough ones I sat on my but, put two feet against the side of the "top frame" then pulled with two hands. Much easier than trying to hold the frame steady with one hand and pull with the other. The top skirt is very hard to put on, the instructions recommend two people but as the rest of the house was sleeping (christmas eve) I was on my own but again my feet came to the rescue. I knelt on top top on the trampoline and let my feet behind me hold the skirt stable while working with my hands in front of me. Still it was tough to get on but doable with one person in this fashion. So minus one star for an assembly adventure but 4 stars just based on how nice this thing looks. Well worth the effort and a great upgrade to our little tykes 3 foot trampoline.

2 yr old Birthday Present, very satisfied!
My husband put the trampoline together he said it was pretty easy, but you definitely need the spring tool. Also he said that you need 2 people to put the pad around the trampoline, that takes 2 people to stretch it out. Other than that he said it took him a little less than 45 minutes. The most time consuming part was putting together the frame. Easy, but time consuming! I think we bought my 2 yr old 50 presents for her birthday and the trampoline was by far her favorite. She loves it! She jumps on it and also sits on it withher toys and plays. The only downside is that right now we are in a pretty small condo until we move and get a house, so it does take up quite a bit of space. But to store it we put it on its side or on top of my 11 month olds play pen. But I looked for hours and days on Amazon and read all the reviews on most every trampoline. I am more than happy with the decision I made to buy this one, it was definitely worth the money and I have no complaints. I would recommend this trampoline to everyone. Oh and also a lot of the were 38' inches in diameter which seemed small to me so I got the 48' inch one in diameter and it was WAY bigger than I had expected, so I was glad I was not disappointed with the size, when my 11 month old gets old/ big enough, it will be perfect for the both of them....5 stars!!

My kids love it
Good quality. Heavy duty springs. Be sure to follow the instructions on spreading out the springs as you attach them, and be sure to count out and match up the holes with the correct springs. It's very hard to take the springs out once you've got several in place. And definitely use the tool included for attaching the springs, otherwise you'll end up injuring yourself. The hardest part of the setup is actually the pink fabric that goes around the edge. It's a two-person job, trust me.

Good product
Product came in the mail in good shape. Took me about an hour or less to setup, attaching the last few springs will be tough but do'able ( use the hook it comes with). I bought this for my 3yr old daughter and she loves it.

Nice but hard to assemble
Very nice trampoline....grand kids will have fun. Only 3 stars because it is quite difficult to assemble. Need someone strong to attach the springs! To attach the outside protector (pink), which is quite stiff....just put in the clothes dryer for a few seconds and it will soften up.
