We installed this repalcement carb on a 07 Yamaha Raptor 80. Battery charged up, drain tank and added new gasoline. Installed new spark plug. We fired her up and within 5 minutes the machine was running again. Did NOT have to tune the carb or make any adjustments. The 4 wheeler idles just fine with out having to use the choke switch. Would def. recommend.
