Made hanging my ceiling much easier. Easy setup out of the box and so far does everything I need it to do.

Assembly confusing. Works great

Someone gave a similar listing 1 star because they felt the machine was sketchy to use and poorly manufactured. However, when doing drywall, I spent hundreds of dollars renting the name brand thousand dollar unit from my local hardware store. Guess what, the name brand thousand dollar unit was just as sketchy in stability to use. They are built nearly the same. The thing is, when you have the arms pulled out at max capacity and the drywall lift extended fully, it's going to wobble a bit, no matter what. My uneven flooring amplified this. This particular model has ljttle promg feet at the base of it to help with stability, though. This one is a tad bit lighter, but for a single mom working on home improvement herself, it made it easier for me to maneuver. The only thing of note is that you cant angle the arms to lift up and angled piece of drywall that is under 36 inches or so in size. In all honesty, I was under the impression that I was able to angle the arms with this model. In the end it wasn't a deal breaker. It was much more cost effective to buy this machine outright versus renting the drywall lift for a week or more. I appreciate that there was easy to follow instructions and a warranty on the unit. When not in use, the drywall lift can be partially taken apart, and takes up less space in a garage or basement than a bicycle. The picture is the unit folded up in storage. Its surprisingly pretty slim.
