I picked up this 3-pack cake stand set for an event that was unfortunately rescheduled due to a snowstorm, so they haven’t been used for serving just yet — but after assembling and inspecting them, I’m extremely pleased with both the look and functionality. The set includes three sizes (8″, 10″, and 12″), which makes it easy to create a balanced, tiered display for desserts of different scales. While they’re sized to accommodate full cakes, my intended use is for pastries, cupcakes, and smaller treats, and they seem ideal for that purpose. The proportions feel thoughtful, and together they create a polished, professional presentation without overwhelming the table. One of the first things I noticed is how lightweight they are while still feeling stable. The metal construction has a smooth food-safe coating that looks clean and refined, and the pedestal bases provide solid support on flat surfaces. They don’t feel flimsy — just easy to handle, transport, and reposition during setup. A major reason I chose these over plastic stands is durability. My previous plastic displays stained and yellowed over time (especially after repeated use with frosting, food dyes, or heat), and they started to look worn even when structurally intact. These metal stands feel far more resilient and should maintain their appearance long-term without discoloration. They also feel less prone to cracking or warping, which makes them a better investment for frequent hosting or professional use. Assembly is simple and tool-free. Each plate screws securely onto its base, and once tightened, they feel stable and well seated. The first time threading them together, you may notice slight resistance — likely from tiny bits of paint on the threads — but once you get past that initial turn, everything fits smoothly. Aesthetic-wise, they strike a lovely balance between vintage elegance and modern simplicity. The classic white finish is decorative without being overly ornate, making them incredibly versatile. This 3-tier cake display stand set is very easy to assemble. Simply screw the top to a base and viola, it’s good to go! Literally 2 minutes from unboxing to ready to use. The color and design are simple and in my opinion, that’s part of what makes these so versatile. These could be for birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, weddings, graduation parties, or for everyday entertaining. The 3 varied heights and top surface sizes are also nice. One stand could be used alone or add additional to meet your needs. The stands would be lovely for displaying cakes, cookies, tarts, muffins, cupcakes, or even appetizers. I’ve included pictures to lend a better view. The largest cake stand was able to hold 13 regular cupcakes. The stands are durable metal. The bases are hollow but sturdy. I have no concern about them tipping over and they rest flat on my countertop without wobbling. The value for the money is fair given that I can use these for various celebrations. I love that they add a little “extra” to celebration vibes…unlike having everything sitting all at one level on my countertop. The only constructive criticism that I could add is that there are some tiny bubbles and dents in the painted flat surface. These flaws are barely noticeable though and once items are placed on top no one would know. More noticeable are the solder points on the stem of the largest stand. One of my pics show this. Those solder points are painted though and look uniform so again, I doubt a guest would think anything about it. Overall, I like this set and am looking forward to using these next time I host a get together!

I love it so much !!! these pedestals were perfect! The bases can be mixed, so we were able to have the larger cake on the short tier. easy to build, and came quickly, varying heights, super versatile, would recommend.
