Terrible product/ terrible vendor/ terrible customer care
Terrible quality and terrible customer service! We bought this product for our Volkswagen Jetta, got it customized. It doesn’t fit our car. Tried contacting the vendor several times and they haven’t responded yet. The colors and quality is terrible too. It just looks very cheap.

Not custom fitted!
This product did not fit my 2025 Ram 1500 New Body Quadcab Tradesmsn. I'm sure it was made for a Crewcab. I specified Quadcab. The front mats did not exactly fit either, but well enough that I didn't return them. I cut them to make them fit. I put 2 stars because I kept them and they look and work well enough, but definitely NOT CUSTOM FIT!
