Neat Little Digital Tape Measure
I have never seen or heard of a digital tape measure until recently when I saw an ad for one online. I did some searching and found this one from Azwkj. I do a lot of box packing and measuring with my home business, so I was curious if this digital tape measure would be something that could help mem be quicker, or if it would just take too much time. My curiosity got the best of me, so I went ahead and ordered one. A couple of days later the Azwkj arrived. It was packed in a small box, safely nestled in customized foam. Also in the box was a charging cord and instruction booklet. I was ready to charge it to test it out, but decided I would turn it on just to see if there was a partial charge. I could not believe it but it was fully charged already. The actual unit is just under 3 inches long, 1.4 inches wide, and 0.6 inches thick. Looking at the unit from the front like I am reading the display, there are two buttons under the display. The one on the left is the power button. The one on the right is for toggling between modes. The roller, which is how the measuring is done, is located on the left end. I turned on the unit and the LCD came on. All of the letters and numbers are bright, big, and easy to read. To measure, put the roller perpendicular to the surface you want to measure, and roll it from the starting point to the ending point. The measurement will appear on the display. If you want to change measuring from centimeters to inches to feet, hold down the right button for a few seconds while you watch the display, and you will see the unit of measurement change. Release the button when you get to the one you want to use. It’s really very easy to use, and the instruction manual is clear and simple to follow. This is a cool gadget, but I find that the roller does not always roll smoothly, leading to measurements that may be close, but not exact. If you are requiring exact measurements, I would not recommend this tool, but if approximations are ok, then this will do the trick. The price of only $26 is a fair one. The quality of this digital tape measure is good. It is well put together, it’s sleek looking, and the display is easy to read. The roller works on all surfaces as it is very versatile, however, it stick occasionally so this does affect the measurements you get. Title of the item I am reviewing: Digital Tape Measure, 328ft Accuracy Measuring Flexible Electronic Rolling Tool, Auto Storage, 5 Modes, Roller Design, Rechargeable

Very Cool Measuring Gadget – I love It!
I love this very cool tool that works by tracking the rotation of a guide wheel, clocking the measured distance. Since it’s a roller – it allows you to measure non-straight curves easily. It’s perfect for quickly measuring the ‘too many’ boxes that my wife sends out and needs dimensions. Since it’s a roller wheel it moves around the boxes effortlessly. It’s extremely easy to use and readily measures your item by merely putting the roller perpendicular to the surface that you want to measure, roll it from the one point to the other point and the measurement shows up in the display window. It has an integrated rechargeable battery, and comes with a USB-C charger and even has a convenient wrist strap. Side mention – it’s also great for occupying your grandson – who is super curious about the size everything. _______________________________________________________________________ My rating system: 5 #5 - exceeded my expectations 4 ️ Met my expectations 3 ️ Slightly below my expectations 2 ️ Did not meet expectations 1 ️ Not worth spending money on at all Giftable: Yes Final thought: I’d definitely recommend buying it again. Handy device, ergonomically well designed, versatile but could use improvement.
I was impressed when I received this digital tape measure. However, after using it for a while, I think some things could be better. Here is what I like… - It is nicely sized, small enough to easily fit in a pocket but large enough to hold comfortably. The rounded edges and smooth surfaces add to the comfort. - The LED display is top-notch with good-sized characters. The white characters on the black background make it very easy to read even at different viewing angles. - There is a good selection of measuring units (inches, feet, centimeters) which should meet most user requirements. - It is versatile for taking some measurements. Besides taking a simple measurement from point A to point B, different options are available to take into account obstructions on either side or both sides of the measurements (see attached photos). For example, taking a measurement of the inside width of a cabinet can be done which automatically takes into account the width of the tape measure. - Taking a measurement is very easy by simply moving the device with the wheel in contact with the surface. The wheel is good-sized with a good grip ensuring a correct measurement. I found that the device measures very accurately. - I like that while taking a measurement, the display continuously shows the measurement. - The dual displays are very useful for different types of measurements. For example, a measurement can be done up to a point which is recorded, then the measurement can be continued which will also record the cumulative distance on the second display. - I like that measurements can be made of irregular-shaped objects which can come in handy for some applications. - The circumference of a circle can be measured, although it would be tricky to get an accurate reading. Also, the diameter can be determined of a cylindrical-shaped object or a circle. Note that the diameter that is displayed is labeled with the letter ‘R’. I would think it should be ‘D’ (see attached photo). What I think could be better… - When taking the measurement of a horizontal surface, it would be easier to view the reading if the measurement was displayed horizontally instead of vertically. An option to switch how it is displayed would be nice. - Although the directions indicate how to take a measurement of a straight line, it took me a while to figure out that measurements must be done from left to right. I think it would be advantageous to be able to take measurements either way. - Although the directions specify how to operate the different functions, I found that it takes a while to get very familiar with them. I think this may be due to having only two buttons to perform the different functions.

Works, but feels gimmicky
This rolling digital measuring tool works, but I do not think it is very practical. The idea is interesting: instead of extending a tape measure, you roll the wheel along the surface and let the tool track the distance. For certain odd shapes or longer runs, that sounds useful. In practice, it feels more gimmicky than essential. The controls and buttons are not very intuitive, and the tool itself feels cheaply made. I found myself thinking that a normal tape measure, laser measure, or marking tool would be easier and more trustworthy for most of the measuring I actually do. It may have niche uses where a rolling measurement is convenient, but I would not make this my primary measuring tool. Overall, it works, but the interface, build quality, and limited practicality hold it back.

Handy and easy to read
I really like this digital tape measure, especially the bright LED screen that makes reading measurements a breeze even in low light. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and the rechargeable battery is a huge plus over disposable ones. The rolling feature glides smoothly across different surfaces. The only drawback is that the precision can be a bit hit-or-miss. It’s perfect for general around-the-house tasks, but I wouldn't recommend it for high-accuracy projects. Still, a very convenient tool for everyday use!

Did Not Know I Needed This. Now Cannot Imagine Life Without It.
I got this mostly out of curiosity and it has become one of my favorite things. You roll it along any surface and the measurement shows up on the screen in real time. If you overshoot you just roll it backward and it subtracts automatically. It has multiple modes, it's small enough to fit in your pocket, and the screen is bright and easy to read even in lower light. It makes measuring things almost fun? Genuinely surprised by how often I reach for this now. A really clever little tool.

A Handy Digital Tape Measure — Best for Irregular Shapes, but Not a Full Replacement
I’ll admit I spent a bit of time reading through the manual on this one, which isn’t something I usually do with a tape measure. The LCD display is clear and easy to read, the unit switching between imperial and metric is straightforward, and the memory function is a genuinely useful touch for anyone juggling multiple measurements on a project. That said, after putting it through its paces, I find myself reaching for my regular steel tape measure for most everyday tasks. For standard straight-line measuring, a traditional tape is just as fast and requires no batteries or button-pressing. Where this digital version really earns its keep is with curved, circular, or irregular surfaces — the flexible blade conforms to shapes that a rigid steel tape simply can’t handle cleanly. If that’s a regular part of your workflow, this tool is a legitimate upgrade. The 16-foot reach is adequate for most household and light construction needs, and the belt clip makes it easy to keep on hand. Build quality feels solid for the price point. So: a useful and well-featured tool, just with a more specific use case than the packaging might suggest. If you frequently measure irregular shapes or need to store multiple readings on the go, it’s worth having. If you’re looking to replace your standard tape measure entirely, you may find yourself going back to the old faithful.

A Handy Tool for Quick Measurements, But Mind the Overshoot
What stands out: - Measuring Odd Shapes - Easy-to-read display - Handy memory function - Quick unit switching Where it falls short: - Accuracy issues - ~3% overshoot The standout feature for me is being able to take measurements in areas where a tape measure wouldn't work. Very handy to be sure. The LCD screen works well for me. With just a glance, I can see precise measurements displayed clearly. The memory function is convenient, storing multiple measurements for quick reference. Switching between imperial and metric units is a breeze. Its compact design, combined with a wrist lanyard and belt clip, ensures that it’s always within reach without being cumbersome. ⚠️ Its accuracy is where it stumbles. For every 10cm, there's an overshoot of about ~0.3cm (+3%), which might not seem like much, but it can add up. Despite adjusting the measurement reference settings, this discrepancy persisted for me. So, while it’s fantastic for rough measurements or getting a quick estimate in tight spots, I wouldn't rely on it for precision work where exact measurements are crucial. Bottom Line: If you need a quick and handy measuring tool for general use, this digital tape measure is a great choice. However, if precision is a must for your projects, keep looking.
