Well packaged and pleasantly presented crates. You receive 3 sizes which stack into each other for easy storage. These are well made with smooth edges that have a quality finish. The stain is evenly applied across the wood and there are no areas uncovered. The joints are well constructed and even and the base is strong enough to take a fair bit of weight. The posts on each corner are thicker than the rest of the wood and I find this adds to the stability when stacking items on top. We currently use these to stack cookbooks and various baking goods. They are nice to look at and give an authentic rustic look to to the kitchen top. 4.5 / 5.

These are pretty good and sturdy boxes. They have strengthened enforced corners too , so they don’t feel like they will fall a part or collapse easily. No obvious nails or glue residue etc which i often see on cheaper badly made boxes. I have taken a star off as the only main issue I have with these, is the finish. The stain isnt applied the best on the biggest box and a corner has no stain on at all. It’s a shame really as it detracts from the overall feel and quality of the boxes. You can fit quite a bit into each one, ive used two for my fish tank supplies to keep them neatly organised and one for my cats toys. They look nice too, rustic and far better than cloth or plastic boxes. I think the value is ok, perhaps could be a bit cheaper, but they are nice.

I absolutely love these 3 differently sized Storage Boxes that not only look great and are really well designed and made, but they also feel incredibly strong and sturdy. Plus they also fit in wonderfully well with my current decor. Personally, I love things like these, and the cost (currently £29.74) was certainly worth the price tag and very affordable. Excellent work and great value for money too. Chances are that I would probably get another few sets of these dotted around my house.

First thing I've noticed when these arrived was how lovely they look. The rustic finish and dark brown colour makes them looking really nice. The boxes/crates are very lightweight and may seem flimsy but they are not. They are made from Paulownia wood which is known for its sturdiness despite being very light in weight. I have some shelves units made of this wood in my kitchen so the storage boxes will go very well with them. The finish is very smooth. The little cut outs as handles are good to grip. Three different sizes will fit any needs, in my case from some papers to storing cosmetics in my bathroom. They are also great for fruit and veggies storage.They can also be used in any room. They are simple in design yet very nice looking and will fit any space. I like the smooth finish and their sturdiness. This is a stylish design with no screws. Just take them out and use. Well worth the £31.99 price.

I have a confession to make, not going to use these as decor, or as a way to tidy things up. In fact, my plan when taking these from vine was to use them as the base to build a case for a home server pc, and, for the smallest ones, one for a DAS enclosure. I really assumed that would not be feasible, as most of these rustic crates are made of super cheap wood, just stapled together, but as it turned out, I was wrong,. These things are properly made, the wood is very usable, and they'll definitely be a good base for my upcycling. I love the way they stack too, and that the uppers protrude to reinforce the whole thing. To boot, it's properly glued so no ugly staple or nail to spoil the look, so I might even get another set from that brand to actually use as intended. Great value too (which is why I wrongly assumed they'd be schlocky), definitely recommended whatever your end goal is

These are solidly constructed, well-made and are really sweet, they nest in each other perfectly when not needed. The shaped edges made for hand holes are a nice touch and give these a little more character. The only niggle I have with them is that the corners are a little sharp and I would have liked them to be sanded slightly to take the edge off as I caught my arm on them while moving them. Overall, they are a nice item although at £29.74 (at time of review) I think they are a little expensive. My reviews follow this star rating: 1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product. I’m really pleased with this set of 3 rustic solid wood nesting crates. They are well made, lightweight yet still feel strong and sturdy. The deep wood stain and varnished finish look absolutely lovely and give them that proper farmhouse style feel. You get three different sizes which makes them really versatile. I’ll be using mine on a kitchen shelf for display and storage, and they look beautiful already. The quality and finish are excellent and they feel like they will last. Very happy with this set.

Da ich viel Wert auf Qualität und natürliche Materialien lege, habe ich die Kisten genau unter die Lupe genommen. ​Optik & Geruch: Die Kisten haben einen tollen, authentischen „Used-Look“, der hervorragend zu Landhaus- oder Boho-Einrichtungen passt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben: Die Kisten riechen angenehm und natürlich nach Holz. Es gibt keinerlei unangenehmen Chemie- oder Lackgeruch, was bei preiswerten Holzartikeln leider nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. ​Verarbeitung & Qualität: Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos. Die Kisten sind stabil gebaut, die Ecken sind ordentlich verstärkt und das Massivholz fühlt sich wertig an. Ich konnte keine unschönen Splitter oder groben Mängel feststellen. ​Wichtiger Hinweis zu den Maßen: Ich habe die Kisten nachgemessen, um sicherzugehen, dass sie in meine Regale passen. Während die Angaben zur Länge exakt stimmen, ist die Breite (die schmalere Seite) bei allen drei Kisten bei mir tatsächlich um 5 mm größer als in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das ist für mich kein Nachteil, aber falls jemand die Kisten in eine sehr knappe Nische stellen möchte, sollte man diesen halben Zentimeter Puffer einplanen. ​Fazit: Ich bin rundum zufrieden! Die Kisten sind funktional, dekorativ und stabil. Dass sie sich bei Nichtgebrauch ineinander stapeln lassen, ist ein tolles Extra. Für Ordnungsliebhaber, die Wert auf eine natürliche Optik legen, eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Ich habe dieses Holzkisten-Set kostenlos im Rahmen des Testprogramms erhalten, was meine Meinung in keinster Weise beeinflusst. Ich finde das Set sehr gut und die Kisten sehr schön! Die Kisten sind sehr gut verarbeitet und machen einen guten Eindruck. Es sind keine klassischen Obstkisten und auch nicht so schwer. Dennoch machen sie einen stabilen Eindruck. Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Allerdings sollte man sie eher nicht verstecken, denn dafür sind sie zu schön! Ich kann mir die Kisten sehr gut als eine Art Regal vorstellen in einer leeren Ecke oder Nische, wo sie direkt ein Blickfang wären. Der Preis von 33,99€ erscheint mir nicht zu hoch, sondern durchaus passend. Teurer sollten die Kisten aber nicht werden. Ich weiß nicht, ob dann noch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gegeben wäre. Fazit: Ein schönes Set, das im Wohnbereich etwas hermacht und wirklich gut aussieht!

Die Kisten sind an sich schön gemacht und gleichzeitig doch irgendwie ein wenig enttäuschend. Die Farbe ist (in Sachen "rustikal") gut getroffen. So stellt man sich alte Kisten vor. Aber die sind viel zu glatt. Man sieht halt sofort: Das sind alle glatte Hölzer die da benutzt wurden. Das wurde dann gebeizt oder so und zusammengenagelt. Oder umgekehrt. Total glattes Holz. Keine Wellen oder so. Und wenn das grundsätzlich richtig gut gemacht ist, erwarte ich bei einer solchen Kiste, die "rustikal" sein soll, dann doch etwas anderes. Dumm gelaufen. Davon aber abgesehen sind das schöne Kisten. Die 34 Euro für die 3 Kisten sind eventuell etwas hoch gegriffen. Ich hätte mir ein "älteres" Aussehen gewünscht. Ansonsten sind das aber schöne Kisten.
