the packaging was shocking. box ripped and torn. item is not described as best as it could be. these are large salt tablets and might not be compatitible with many machines

the delivery method needs to be known as the lorry was too big to access our property drive
The product was fine as we use it for reducing the nitrate levels in our borehole water supply. BUT the delivery lorry was too big to get to us. The driver had to park in the road and carry 10 x 25 kgs bags about 100 yards and leave them in our drive. This is not satisfactory and more information is needed about the delivery on ordering.

Great value for money
I am using this in my dishwasher and it seems to be working fine but I didn't expect it to be like large lumps of sugar rather than grains. This does make it easier to put in though and doesn't seem to stop it from working.
