Kenwood Excelon Reference XR-1603HR 6.5" Component Speaker Pair

finished installing these a few days ago in my 2004 GMC Sierra. Hooked up to a decent Kenwood Excelon head unit, running straight off the deck for now. These speakers sound really clean, when playing really musical sound you can easily pick out all the instruments and clean is the best way to describe it. These aren't big watt big bass components, in fact bass is slightly lacking, but as I assemble the sound system a subwoofer will easily pick up where these roll off. Again very good quality. the tweeter mounting is a little funny, (either mount on a little stand they come with, or surface mount and stick out like an inch) I managed to mount them inside a surface mount grille in my pillar, but wouldn't have been happy with the stand mount or surface, it would look like an afterthought. Also worth a mention, it does not include a seperate passive crossover, just an inline crossover on the tweeter speaker wire. And no speaker grille, if you are mounting and need to have grilles these aren't for you.

Everything was there but since they are not an authorized dealer the product doesn’t carry the kenwood warranty

I didn’t see the miller capacitor of my speakers or is it build in the the speakers
