Description

Dissolve 30g in 1000ml distilled water.
Gently heat to boil with gentle swirling and dissolve the medium completely.
Dispense medium in culture tubes as desired.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi (121°C) for 15 minutes.
Cool the medium to room temperature before use.
