Alpine Corporation Stream Pump 550 GPH with 16' Cord for Ponds, Fountains, and Waterfalls

Works great. Easy to install.

Purchased in March 2021, pump died in June of 2021. Not even 3 months of life. The pump was kept fully submerged in water the entire time and was only operated 4 hours a day on a timer for our decorative fountain. Ohmmeter measures an open circuit across hot and neutral terminals of the plug.Edit: Reached out to the manufacturer and the warranty process was relatively easy. They sent a new pump which is working (for now).

This is a replacement pump for our backyard waterfall. A 3-foot tall five stage Alpine. It fit right in a works silently. I'd recommend it for similar application.

This little pump is doing what I hoped it would do and that is to make my rock fountain work.

I bought this to wash my dog in the bathtub. the output with about 24 inches of lift is adequate to do this. adding a couple of feet of lift does not seem to make any difference. I use mild soap so I don't expect any problems. This is obviously not the use it was intended for so you can take this one with a grain of salt
