Maybe it would work better for a younger child
Saw this on Shark Tank and thought it was worth a shot for my 3.5 year old DD who HATES taking medicine. It was a no go. She thought the elephant was cute, but SHE figured out where the button to make it talk was before I did, and needless to say, also realized what it really was. Maybe it would work better for a younger child.

Needs a better plunger
I was thrilled to find Ava after seeing it on Shark Tank and not finding it at my local CVS. My toddler grandson is horrible about taking his medicine.Disappointed to learn that Ava needs a "better plunger", according to my son. He said it worked "sort of", but didn't function as I had hoped.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
I ordered two Ava the Elephant Talking Medicine Dispeners and when I received my merchandise only one of the units worked. The one unit did not talk when the button was pressed and the second unit operated but only after pressing the button several times. The unit is cute and my grandson loves it, but overall, I'm not impressed with the talking button mechanism.

Good medicine dropper
We bought 4 Ava medicine dispensers for our children's families and one to keep at home in case our grandchildren got sick at our house. Unfortunately the kids have been sick and had to use them. They love them. They think it's fun to use the elephant to take their medicine and it is much easier to give them the medicine. They are always ready to take medicine from Ava.

Didn't work for me!
My daughter is 21 months & has epilespy. She has to take (2) different types of medicine that she hates & I would try anything to make sure she takes her medicine without a fight so I tried this. Needless to say once I squirted that medicine thru she refused the elephant from now on. So didn't help me out with my situation.

Give it time! Should eventually work wonders!
This is a hit with my kids. For those of you that complain that your kids were not impressed- wait and try it again later. Most kids change their minds on what they like and don't like daily. My 3 and 4 yr old will only take their meds via Ava now.

PERFECT BABY SHOWER GIFT
I bought several for gifts to families in both this country and in England. Everyone who received one has commented very favorably on it. This is the perfect baby shower gift and will be the talk of the party.
