I really like that this necklace came with so many inserts enabling a change of color, and ability to use various different oils. I’ve been wearing it for two weeks now and have yet to add more essential oil to the reservoir section. It doesn’t leak (even when I accidentally wore it to bed once), and I can smell the oil really well. This is by far my favorite diffuser necklace, and I’ve tried several.

I have had several diffusers much like this, and I am intrigued by the 2-step diffuser. This item arrived promptly and as described. I have put it to use daily and hope to use it for some time to come. I think that, with the O-ring, there will be less essential oil leak onto my skin or clothes—something I have experienced with other vials.

I love smelling the aroma of essential oils throughout the day. Depending on what I use, the oils invigorate, calm, or give me an immune boost. I have had oils leak from my aromatherapy lockets and stain my clothes. Thus I wanted to give this design a chance. Assembled correctly, it has not yet leaked. Just make sure to turn it upside down and tap on it 5 or more times so the oils can go to the diffuser portion, andnyou can smell it.

The top of the diffuser is a cap that contains the felt and the oil reservoir; I lost the felt and reservoir while playing with my dogs during a walk in the woods. I am unable to recommend tis diffuser.Edit:This seller, after reading my original review, sent me a replacement diffuser UNSOLICITED. I am impressed. The diffuser works as described. Be careful that the reservoir and felt do not come out of the holder.

I bought this necklace/diffuser for my Aunt for Christmas. When it arrived, I loved it so much that I bought 6 more for gifts this year! The charm is dainty, perfectly sized and beautifully accented at the top. Most of the other diffuser type necklaces I looked at appear to have really skimpy chains but this one is very good quality and substantial. The instructions for filling are easy to follow as well. They arrived quickly and with a personal note about the seller. Thank you Sam & Lori, I can’t wait to give them out at Christmas!

I bought another diffuser necklace, but you have to be near your oil before the end of the day to add a little more. This one keeps the next drops with you. It is well made and looks good.

Solid and well made. I feel like this will last a long time. I love it. I can’t wait to buy some for all my friends. I ordered 3 more for Christmas gifts for the girls in my family. My kids laugh though because I’m constantly sniffing my necklace. I can smell it lightly while wearing it. And I get stronger whiffs throughout the day but other times (like during traffic) I take a moment to breathe in the essential oils I put in it.

This is beautiful. Exactly as pictured and does an amazing job of diffusing scent. I put a lavender oil in this necklace and it smelled beautiful all day. The only complaint I have is the chain length, and that’s just a personal preference. I am ordering a longer chain for mine. 100% recommend.
