Overland Sheepskin Co Oil Cloth & Leather Waterproof Baseball Cap

Well this is a fabulous hat. Made very well. Super nice material, fits perfect. My husband absolutely loves this hat. The price is great. The oil cloth look is awesome and knowing that it repels water is great. I would suggest this hat to any person who loves hats. It has a unique look and wares great. The online pics don't do this hat justice, must own to see for your self.Shipped on time. This seller is being added to my top list of sellers. I will be buying from them again.

Surprisingly warm, this is a water resistant, great outdoor cap for mid fall to mid spring. While heavy duty material, leather trim with a fleece liner, it doesn't feel terribly heavy while wearing. The brim is on the flat side (working it in is a little tougher since it is still too warm in PA to wear it much). The adjustment strap is like a belt, and the holes are a little spread out. I tend to wear my hat a little loose, so it works for me. If you prefer a snug, perfect fit, and often readjust the strap, you may have to punch another hole. Very happy with the price, purchase, and service.

Why I purchased this hat?I was looking for a dark brown hat that was more than just another plain brown hat. I saw this and I really liked the touch of leather and the buckle-type strap in the back.Quality:I definitely was not disappointed with the quality of the hat. The stitching was well done, the top point of the hat was also made of leather, and the inside of the hat was warm and cozy.The Look:This is what made me return the hat. The picture shows the front bill of the hat curves like a baseball hat, but it's not really curved. It's actually straight flat. Even when I tried to curve it inward, after a few seconds it would start to drift back to that flat shape. This seems to be the case with these kind of "flat bill" hats. If you want that natural baseball curve to your hat, you must buy one that is made with a curve.Another thing I did not like about this hat is that the front face of the hat does not have support. What I mean by that is that this hat does not have something to maintain it's "sphere-like" shape of the front top part of the hat. This is not an issue within itself, however, due to the unique look of the hat it kind of looks like one of those green, Hipster, military hats which is what I DO NOT want to look like. This is more true when far away but when you get closer you can make out the detail of the hat so long as people are paying attention.The Rating:I'm giving this hat a 3 out of 5 because the picture is deceiving and it looks a little too "hipster" for my taste. This hat is of high quality and does look unique though. Just know that this is a flat-bill hat and the leather around the rim might look a little bit too shiny for you.

Gorgeous hat with a distinguished broken in feel and appearance. I originally bought this in Gettysburg and misplaced it. i was ecstatic to locate this on Amazon. It is tremendously comfortable and warm. I live in New Hampshire and it screams hand made and high quality. The compliments will never end. Spoil yourself or make someone else day by purchasing this handcrafted extraordinary cap of luxury.

I haven't had to use this much yet, but so far it's fantastic. Fully adjustable to fit my small head, fuzzy warm, good visor, keeps my head dry while I'm doing chores. Everything I wanted!

The oil cloth does not feel greasy but is darker than it appears to be in the picture. The only leather is what you see on the edge in the picture and the strap, the inside and where your forehead hit is all oilcloth. The hat is not stiff but the internal fleece skullcap lining and sturdy bill give it a nice heft.The bill arrives flat but respond well to bending to give it more of a curve without having to put a crease in it. It is not fancy or glamorous looking but if it keeps the rain off it qualifies as a classic for men with a taste for quality.

I guess I have a big head. Hat did not come close to fitting. Quality and style were fine.

Fit great, very comfortable, and i get compliments on it. glad i ordered it and thr price was very reasonable.
