Wide riding boots are rare. Unfortunately these are not the solution
Size 10 Wide was too narrow, had to move up to an 11W to get a proper fit (but since I normally move up to an 11 to fit my 10W foot, what's the point?) I also had some quality control issues with both pairs. The 10W had a misaligned velcro pad so there was exposed glue. On the pair I have now one of the zippers jumps a tooth regularly, so the zipper doesn't work right most of the time. Add to this the fact that the boot opening is on the narrow side, so if you don't skip leg day these might be unwearable.

Good value
I normally wear US size 10.5. I got these boots in size 11. They were a little loose, but with a $7 gel sole insert, they are very comfortable. I've ridden for 2-3 hours in 95 F with high humidity and they are comfortable.

Neither Epic, Airy or waterproof.
The good things about these boots is that they're inexpensive and comfortable. Beyond that they're a disappointment. They're not "airy", waterproof or durable. After just 6 weeks the soles are deteriorating. They leak through the so called "out dry" membrane. Calling the Epic Air is an epic exaggeration. Don't by them.

Never worn them.
I've never worn them, they just sit there. I wear a pair of hiking boots. That speaks volumes to me. They might be good boots, I don't know... but I'm sorry I spent the money.

Great boots, helpful and efficient customer service
I had a defect on the zipper of one of my boots very early on. I was really bummed out because the boots are otherwise very comfortable, and sending the boots back was not a possibility as I was in the middle of a cross-country road trip. I explained the situation to the seller who promptly organized an exchange with Tourmaster, and allowed me to keep the faulty boots until I was done with my trip. Thumbs up!

boots arrived in a week in the philippines. dont know if it was shipped from thailand where it’s made or the usa. very comfortable and needed just a few rides to fully settle.
