ECTACO Partner 900 PRO Russian - English Voice Translator and Language Teacher

It arrived broken, Amazon refused to resolve the issue. I sent it back to the manufacturer in NYC. It was sent out 2 1/2 years ago with no results. The manufacturer has not acknowledged any of my emails and has just kept the device. I would NEVER purchase anything from this manufacturer.Buyer’s Beware. It was just like throwing the money away. I wonder how many customers have been burned by what I considered to be Absolutely the worst most atrocious customer service I ever experienced in my life. They should be ashamed of how they support their products and NOT support their customers. Please be aware of this scam they call customer service. Amazon please be aware how this manufacturer treats your customers. I would have given it 0 stars but Amazon won’t let you rate it less than 1 star. Shame on Amazon for not allowing a customer to rate a product truly.
