Worst at cleaning ever.
Just moved to a new apartment temporarily and this is the washer they provided in the unit. Take my advice and do NOT buy this washer or any top loader of this tub design. You will regret it if you like clean clothes from just one wash cycle. There is no real agitator and it underfills so clothes never get fully wet. The agitator is just a bottom spin plate with humps on it. If you do manage to get it to fill enough then the clothes do not circulate. Nothing gets properly clean. The only way to get clean items is to never put more than 3 inches worth of clothes in it. If washing sheets you have to wash them one at a time or they balloon up and never circulate. If you try to change the setting during the wash it then goes through a re-sense mode to judge the weight which now includes wet clothes. That causes it to fill to the maximum level regardless of many clothes are in the machine. When that happens you have to reset it to spin only and start over which results in the machine being the biggest waster of water ever.If you pay for water usage expect your water bill to at least double.

We LOVE it
After a number of washers that marched through this house that was for 6, now for 2we thought the best was Cabrio, so when the spin cycle beat it to death, thought Duet, the latter rated the worst, smallest, ill assembled but last a few months longer than the rest. When this beauty arrived, it was WOW head & shoulders over anything past. Cycles go from 28 min turbo to over 1.5 hr and settings for most everything under the sun. Two or even three loads vs Duet, easier to load from top + even the glass door top we couldn't afford (+$100) when buying the Cabrio.Important to note that most don't rate how its cleans = "A" depending on getting to know what it likes so at first it's "A-" to "A+"All the other standard ratings like noise, blah blah are going to be tops.

Lots of features, Doesn't clean clothes
Honestly did not know it was possible for a washer to perform this badly. Nothing broken, but if you are expecting clean clothes, you best use someone else's washer. It takes 1-2 hours to get clothes mildly damp. It's a WiFi connected smart multi feature washer that will do everything but wash your clothes. If there is the slightest ANYTHING on your clothes - milk on a toddler's shirt, dust on the bottom of pants, you can FULLY expect it to be there, untouched, when you pull it out of the wash. I miss the 10 year old washer we replaced with this giant expensive do-nothing

Better off handwashing your clothes.
I actually purchased mine at Lowe's, but wanted to warn others before they made the same mistake I did by purchasing this machine. Handwashing clothes gets them cleaner than this piece of junk. I've learned my lesson by listening to appliance salespeople; they actually have no clue what they're selling. If they recommend a washer, I immediately look at something else now. This piece of junk leaves a white film on dark clothes. It doesn't remove dirt at all, in fact, it seems to make the whole load dirtier than when you added them. Since it uses so little water, it's like you're washing your clothes in a dirty rain puddle. I did a load of laundry the other day and ended up having to hand wash several items, which actually came out cleaner. I definitely would NOT recommend this washer.
