Superb ergonomic mouse
This is a great mouse at alleviating shoulder and hand pain for me. Having a mouse in front of me, without having to stretch to the side to use it is so much more comfortable. It does take a bit of getting used to, but I would not be without it now. This particular model is a replacement for an older version of the same Contour Roller Mouse I had been using for about 20 years - it helped so much with alleviating the pain I had in my arm and shoulder whilst working at my desk that I bought this new one without hesitation to replace it when it wore out. This is even better than my original model, it is more responsive and, being wireless, so much easier to use, helping to keep my desk clear of wires. The battery seems to last for ages too, I only need to charge it every few weeks. It is absolutely superb in my opinion and a worthwhile investment which I hope will last me years, just like my original model did.

This has improved my trigger finger
I purchased this to help with trigger finger in my right forefinger, unsurprisingly the finger I use every day to click my ergonomic mouse. I purchased this in April when my finger was so painful that surgery was looking like a probable solution. My finger is now 98% back to normal. The combination of using this mouse, massaging out the painful nodule and wearing a night split has really paid off. I no longer wear the split and rarely massage the area because there is no pain. Absolutely love this roller mouse, so easy to use and doesn't take any time to get used to. I just hope it's life span is long due to the heavy price tag. High recommend.

Excellent ergonomic product, but......
I spend hours each day at a desktop computer, primarily coding and maintaining databases. I am 55 years old and have had issues in the past with wrist and finger problems from repetitive working with a mouse and keyboard and I am always looking out for ways to reduce this strain. I saw this on Amazon and purchased to see if it could further help reduce the discomfort experienced after regular 12 hour days at the computer. First impressions were really good - although the whole set-up is vastly different to using a normal desktop mouse, anyone who also uses a laptop trackpad will find this item very easy to get used to. The build quality is excellent and the overall user experience was really very good.It was immediately recognised when plugged into a KVM switch and worked almost flawlessly on both Windows and MacOS. The buttons are very well placed for ease of use and the rollerbar is smooth and accurate. The scroll wheel is one of the nicest and most fluid that I have ever used. However, there was one flaw that I couldn't get around and ultimately caused me to return this item within 48 hours of receiving. TBH, if the product was much less expensive I may have persevered longer, but a price of slightly over £350 means this is a VERY expensive mouse and needs to be perfect to justify that price. I found on multiple occasions that when scrolling horizontally on either a browser page or a DB management screen, if the scroll was extensive the cursor would suddenly scroll rapidly and completely uncommanded off of the right hand side of the monitor. A few times would have been inconvenient but when this happened multiple times in a few minutes, it became a situation where the product was unusable for me.It is a great pity as it was very comfortable to use in all other scenarios and certainly meant arm and wrist movement was reduced significantly by not having to leave the area of the keyboard every time a mouse input was required.I will keep my eye on this product and hope that in future it becomes more reliable for my particular use-case.

Great for someone with limited hand movement
This mouse provides great functionality and ease of use for someone with RSI/limited hand and finger movements. Other mouse devices have been tried previously but this one is by far the best. Though more expensive than other mice, it is worth the money.

Expensive but worth it - works very well
The media could not be loaded. This is my second rollermouse pro - my previous one was well over 10years old before it gave up. The new version has a nice tactile “nobbly” roller which feels very precise. The wireless version works well - with the charging via an included usb cable that slots in the side. The cursor speed button works as the indicator of battery state - see video. Initial press of button gives cursor speed which can be adjusted - it then flicks to a 5 colour status from red to green to show how the battery is doing- the charge seems to last well over a week of 40+hr use. Really pleased with it - as per the previous one I had - this is a fantastic ergonomic aid to stop shoulder/wrist/neck pain and numbness. I only hope this one lasts as long as the previous one!

Very convienient when you have difficulties to hold and use a regular mouse.
I bought this item because i have a disability with my right shoulder. Il works perfectly. It is very easy to get used of it. Thanks to it I have less pain, there is no need anymore to hold permanently your regular mouse. Thou I disconnected it. I was lucky to find a discounted one (225€ instead of 400€), it is quite expensive but it worth it I think.

drifter
I got this mouse since my old one is a PRO 2 from and I have used it for years. With the current lockdown and WFH, the copy and paste short cut buttons are not working with my home computer and the hand rest cover's materials are coming off bit and bits, I thought I treat myself to a model upgrade.I was happy to pay for the wireless function and the slim profile of the red model. It works but with snags.1. Drifting when using the bar. It seems have a mind of its own. Won't stop or won't move from time to time.2. The control software feels out of date. Not very precise when it comes to control the setting.3. Poor instruction. It's laughable how simple the instruction leaflet it comes with. Still don't understand how to change the setting reading it a lot of times.I didn't have to get used to its setting since this is my second one. At this price point I would expect it be better than now.Oh, why not make it blue tooth compatible?
