Cheap
I bought this and don't intend to use it for the time being. The ring binder and hardback covers are great and will take a good beating before giving way, the real let down is the quality of the paper, which feels, looks cheap and seems to crumble away. The pad I got also had a few stains on a few pages.Overall it will serve its purpose but I would spend a couple quid more and get a pad with better quality paper.

Either great or terrible depending on intended use
I've had one of these directly from the store before so know what the quality is like. The paper isn't very smooth and can tear easily, so I couldn't recommend it for anything other than biro-like pens that don't put down a lot of ink.Pencil will smudge a lot since the pages are 'fluffy' because of all the loose fibres, and heavier inks will bleed everywhere.Personally only wanted these for pen sketching so they're ideal for it as I don't need high quality paper, it won't bleed or smudeg. Decent value for the number of pages you get despite the low quality paper since better sketchbooks give you less pages and are more expensive.

Better off buying one a little more expensive
Cheep paper, horrible to sketch on and any paint/pen goes through the paper.
