REVISED REVIEW-PRODUCT DOES NOT INCLUDE MIXER
So I spoke with Delta Customer Service and this product does not come with water mixer tee. It’s an a-la-carte faucet. Note, if Delta faucets have a TR after model number, make sure to double check which parts it comes with/without. Faucet is beautiful and works extremely well.

Very disappointed in the quality of the unit
Unfortunately for me this broke just after the return period was up. Very disappointed in the quality of the unit. I had purchased three more units when the first one broke and have returned them. Basically, the unit would not shut off. I have tried another brand at a slighty higher cost and the entire mechanism seems stronger and hopefully more reliable. Time will tell. We are installing 4 different units total and will write a review on the other units after 6 months.
