The quality of the ring is excellent, but size really does matter as I've found the ring is a little too large to fit securely behind my glans when I'm flaccid. I still wear it mid-shaft though as that has a larger diameter/circumference when I'm flaccid and the ring looks and feels great when I'm erect. Best advice - measure carefully when erect and then go for a size or two smaller.

50mm is too big to be of any benefit for anything other than ornamental purposes, and I'm a big lad! Yet if it were any smaller I wouldn't be able to get my balls through. Sits comfortably enough and doesn't hang loose or anything like that, but doesn't have the effect of squeezing the blood vessels to harden the erection as it ought to. Basically, I found this to be an ornament not an aid. If you want something that actually works, go with rubber ones. They're much more effective.It does look good though. I might go buy the 45mm one to see how I get on with that.

My order arrived early which was a nice surprise, the ring itself is well made and looks amazing, my only complaint is that the ring is too big which entirely my fault but i would appreciate more size options if at all possible.
