Perfect for old school reservation books or keeping records for day camps or any other mobile business for daily paperwork and records. Over the years I have taken to sliding in a full binder in place of the removable half binder for extra sturdiness and front binder pocket. With poor rural satellite internet and a landline phone we keep old school paper records onsite. This holds up to servicing up to 100 clients per day with heavy reservation calls. It also holds a section for our staff to have a reference section on daily safety and procedures. We keep extra forms and insurance paperwork in the side file pockets. It also holds our pens, pencils, erasers and sharpener so everything is in one compact binder. I have to replace it every two years, which is great for how heavily we use it.

Sturdy and roomy
Purchased for my sister for her birthday to help her organize some paperwork. She loved the canvas cover, zipper keeps it all nice and tidy.

Buy one every year
Kids are rough on binders so I don't mind buying one each school year. They always last with maybe a small rip by the end of May. I cannot find another planner of its kind with an accordion file. This is convenient for journals and a quick way to file loose papers. I help kids with organization, and I have yet to find a student who takes the time to use the little three-hole punch, open the rings, and place the papers.

Bought this to organize and store metal die cutters (in photo protective pages), and it's great, so I've ordered a second one. I don't know that it will endure for years, but (at 80) neither will I. I'm more than pleased.

Best zipper binder ever made!
I have been ordering three of these exact binders in August each year since 2012 in Blue, Gray and Red. My children use them for school and they get a new one each school year. They are very well made from the stitching to the binder clips! I will continue to buy three each year until 2029 :)
