Q: How far will this launch a foam ball?

It depends on how dense the foam is. If it is like a Nerf pool ball / Nerf mini basketball, maybe 50 feet. If it it soaking wet, then maybe 100 feet. If it is denser foam, like a stress ball, then double that. If it is as tight and heavy as Tennis ball, then 300 feet.

Q: How long is the lead time? In other words, how long does it take to get to my door after purchase?

Since these are custom made, and they can be painted different colors for various Schools, teams, ect. the lead time of 7 days is pretty accurate. We do upgrade the shipping to UPS at no charge, and most places U.S. are 3-4 days. So for 90% of the orders, it's 10 days from payment to door. Since we are not a Pro Seller, we cannot offer premium shipping on the listings. But we don't ship USPS, and it's not 10-14 day transit as is sometimes shown. So 7-10 days, definitely before the 21 days sometimes shown, and way before the required 30 days.

We also do golf balls for charity long drive events, and to assist handicapped golfers. This includes the farthest launching, World Record pending, long drive golf ball launcher. In addition, we use CAD programs for chamber:barrel calculations for custom applications.
