Great dvd worth watching a few times!
I used to teach boxing/kick boxing/martial arts and self defence.. there is a difference between them all so I feel I know enough about the subject to look at this dvd after nearly ten years away to say it is well presented and if you practice what is shown here you won’t go far wrong. As to it shows the basics, there is no more than the basics done well.

Not exactly "Top Secret"
Firstly, this DVD doesn't show you anything 'Top Secret'. This is just a basic overview of the Wing Chun system. It's nothing I didn't already know, but I was drawn in by the price and the 'click bait' title. However, I have to say, Sifu Dyde explains everything really well; this is perfect for the beginner or for someone who does another martial art and wants to get the essence of what Wing Chun's about. I think a more appropriate title should have been used as, for a video on the basics, this is the best I've seen.The DVD itself is a homemade DVD-R with an inkjet-printer cover and label. This is pretty standard for these martial arts videos. But you're getting this for a bargain price. The seller posted this out quickly; I can't fault them and would definitely buy from them again.

Great and informative dvd
Great dvd. It doesn't waste any time it gets into the instructions quickly. The moves are clearly shown and professionally done and I really enjoyed learning about how wing chin moves work.

It's good
It's ok but to be honest, you can see ALL! applications in great detail on YouTube.But good for beginners (basics)Only downside is the sound quality is poor.

Great refresher
Used to train Wing Chun indirectly under Sifus Derek Frearson and Kevin Chan but haven't trained WC in over 10 years (apart from practicing forms). Great to go over the basics again. Would also be suitable for complete beginner or someone who hasn't got anyone to train with

I was impressed. I’m nearly 59 and found this easy to follow. Have tried various forms of martial arts over the years but this is good for solo practice and especially in lock down
