It’s ingenious! It’s constructed of two sheets of non-stick metal that slide apart to give you whatever size pan you need. My pastry baked perfectly and was easy to remove from the pan. It was a breeze to rinse and dry - nothing stuck to it. It will certainly take the place of some my other pans since they’re no longer needed.

I liked the ability to adjust the size, the main reason we purchased it. However when we received it the instructions said not to cut the food in the pan or wash it in the dishwasher. Not cutting in the pan, because it will damage the surface, makes you have to figure how to move a large cake from the sheet on to a pan to cut and serve it on. Kind of a waste. It also appears this was an old pan that was sold on Amazon. When we received it, we found the pan bent. The seller shipped it international in an envelope, no protection from damage. We also checked the manufactures site and their pans say it was safe to cut on them and could be washed in the dishwasher. Nice pan, just be careful who you purchase from.

Great item, slides open to allow you to adjust what you are roasting. Do plan to line it with foil if roasting something that will put off a lot of liquids as it makes clean up so easy

I ordered the product and it came all the way from the UK . The product isn't well made , it falls apart easy and I have big problems using it . I wouldn't recommend it , we have better ones on the market

I usually like Kaiser products, they are usually well made (in Germany) and sturdy.This baking sheet, however well designed, doesn't do it for me because I'm really careful about the materials I use. We are a no-non-stick pans and no-aluminum foil household and I was looking for an enameled sheet.More specifically, I was looking for an enameled steel baking sheet that was not made in China. This product is not enamel, but some other (potentially unhealthy) cut-sensitive non-stick material. Plus, they ask you to line the pan with aluminum foil (which I really don't want to use) in case there's juice or sauce build up during baking.Thus, it is completely useless for me.

This product was everything I thought it was going to be. Bakes very well. And I received it right on time as promised.

This was bought to replace our previous one, which we had for over 10 years.Seemingly the only changes in all of that time has been that the tray is now coated black (its predecessor was grey), it has gained size markings, and instead of being sold under the "Kaiser La Forme" brand, it is now branded "Kaiser Delicious".The new tray has been in regular use for several months since purchase and works just as well as expected, with no staining or deformities. It is easy to disassemble for cleaning and the new size markings make it easier than its predecessor to use when a particular tray size is required.
