Customer support is phenomenal!
Had an issue with the battery that was supposed to have came with the device. Contacted seller , she resolved the issue in record timing !!!As for the drone. I own many varying Arris to DJI and many in between. And this is one is an absolute blast to fly. Battery life is small, and I only get a few beeps before it falls out of the sky. But Those short 7mins is supremely fun!

Good value for the cost
I thought the head display was a bit too big. I like the shaded display and was most interested in the FPV and video capability.No complaints there

good if all you want to do is race basic courses not able to be true acro so limited on race ability
kinda twitchy and not in a good way, no real acro mode and misleading in advertising. the props are weak and difficult to get off. mine broke a screw post off in the motor. the camera and video feed on the other hand is great as is the headlight and battery life is good. can go fairly fast. no real configuration ability
