At the shortest of the tip rods in the new range, the 10ft feeder is the perfect choice for smaller venues where range isn't a problem. It's light, it's delicate and feels precise. This is obviously to do with its length needing a lot less carbon than bigger rods, but also because the blank is slim and well tuned - it measures just over a centimetre in diameter at its widest point. Casting a bomb around, the top third of the rod, past the push-in quivertip, loads up to deliver enough power for your effort so that you're not 'reaching' and overdoing it to the detriment of accuracy. A little pull and push of the handle and out sails the lead with a good feel, giving you confidence that you'll hit in our around your target with relative ease.
