Great diet pill
With good eating and regular rowing, I lost around 5kg in 9 months. With good eating and regular rowing and taking one of these everyday, I lost 5kg in 3 months. These work great as a diet pill. You can actually feel your metabolism working harder & faster. Also help to burn more fat whilst exercising. Yes they are big and don't taste great but they're easy enough to get down with a gulp of water.

Bought these to add to my DHT blocking regime. Used for a month. Hard to say if they’re helping at this stage. I have found it better to take them early in the day otherwise they affect my ability to sleep.

It didn’t work for me, I love coffee and I’d would say I’ve got a good tolerance to caffeine but unfortunately this tablets made me shake , sweat and feeling like I wanted to puke. But to my husband, someone who never drinks coffee, it worked pretty good, it gave him a good kick. So I guess all depends the person
